Jacob is a licensed real estate professional, not a CPA, attorney or tax advisor. He doesn't give tax advice, and he'll say so plainly. What he does is handle the real estate side well: valuation, market context, coordinating with a qualified intermediary when an exchange is under consideration, and finding replacement property inside deadlines that don't forgive delay.
